Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs These give the bars their delicious base and a nice crunch.
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
For the Filling
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut For that lovely tropical flavor and chewiness.
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips Because who can resist chocolate?
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips They add a creamy sweetness that pairs perfectly with chocolate.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk This is the magic ingredient that holds everything together.
  • 1 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Step 3: Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the flaked coconut evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  5. Step 5: Layer the semisweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips on top of the coconut.
  6. Step 6: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture.
  7. Step 7: Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
  8. Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Step 9: Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
