Ingredients

For the Blackstone Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb salmon fillet Skinless and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Fresh lemon wedges
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  2. Step 2: Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. Step 3: Preheat the Blackstone Griddle: Heat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat until it is hot.
  4. Step 4: Cook the Salmon Bites: Lightly oil the griddle surface. Add the marinated salmon bites in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice sear.
  5. Step 5: Serve: Remove the salmon bites from the griddle and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

If you happen to have leftovers (which is unlikely!), store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet to avoid drying them out.
