  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chunks

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until creamy and well combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the eggs, bourbon, and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture. Beat until fully incorporated.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Step 5: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Step 6: Gently fold in the crumbled bacon and chocolate chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Notes
