Ingredients

For the Candy Apple Vodka Ice Bombs
  • 1 cup vodka choose your favorite brand; smooth and clean works best
  • 1/2 cup apple juice fresh-pressed or store-bought
  • 1/2 cup sugar helps mimic classic candy apple coating

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Ice Bomb Molds

Method

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup vodka, 1/2 cup apple juice, and 1/2 cup sugar. Whisk well until the sugar is completely dissolved to avoid gritty ice bombs.
  2. Step 2: Pour the mixture carefully into ice bomb molds, filling each mold to the top without overfilling to maintain a nice round shape.
  3. Step 3: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for a solid freeze.
  4. Step 4: Once frozen, gently twist or flex the molds to release the ice bombs. Serve chilled on their own or dropped into cocktails for a festive flair.

Notes

Try swapping vodka for flavored versions like caramel or cinnamon for a cozy twist. Add tiny apple slices or cinnamon sticks into molds before freezing for a fun surprise. Store ice bombs in airtight containers in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Serve with sparkling cider or soda for a refreshing drink.
