- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures your bake will cook evenly.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well so everything is coated.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. I like to use a 9x13 inch dish for this recipe.
- Step 4: Top the mixture with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Your kitchen will smell amazing at this point!
- Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if desired before serving. Enjoy every bite!

This Chicken Zucchini Bake is great for leftovers! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 2 months.
