  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice adds zesty kick
  • 2 tbsp olive oil keeps chicken moist

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder for smoky flavor
  • 1 tsp cumin adds earthiness

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Step 3: Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Step 4: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Notes

For a more intense flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
