  • 1/2 cup milk Helps to create a creamy texture.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Adds richness and helps to bind the ingredients.
  • 3 cups quick oats These give our cookies that chewy texture.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter The star of the show, adding flavor and protein.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A touch of warmth and sweetness.
  • 1 pinch salt To enhance all the flavors.

Equipment

  • Medium Saucepan

  2. Step 2: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the quick oats to the mixture and stir until all the oats are fully coated.
  4. Step 4: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper or wax paper, shaping them into cookies.
  5. Step 5: Let the cookies cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or until they are set.
  6. Step 6: Enjoy your delicious no bake cookies!

Notes

To keep your cookies fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. They can last up to one week, but I doubt they will last that long once you taste them! If you want to keep them longer, you can also freeze them for up to three months.
