  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken can use rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce or to taste
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Step 3: Add the buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

You can prepare the dip a day ahead and store it in the fridge until you’re ready to bake. If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
