- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Step 3: Season fillets with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 4: Spread Boursin cheese over the tops of each salmon fillet.
- Step 5: Arrange halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach around the salmon.
- Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Step 7: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
