Ingredients
  

For the Creamy Boursin Salmon Bake
  • 4 fillets salmon fresh and flaky
  • 8 oz Boursin cheese creamy, herbed cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil good-quality
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Drizzle olive oil in a large baking dish and place salmon fillets skin-side down.
  3. Step 3: Season fillets with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Spread Boursin cheese over the tops of each salmon fillet.
  5. Step 5: Arrange halved cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach around the salmon.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Step 7: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven.
