  • 4 ears corn fresh corn works best
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Carefully cut the corn off the cob, leaving the kernels intact.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: Add the corn to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
  5. Step 5: Arrange the corn in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Step 6: Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Step 7: Remove the corn from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Step 8: Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Step 9: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
