Method
- Step 1: In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 15-30 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and let it heat up until shimmering.
- Step 3: Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef to the griddle in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the griddle and set it aside.
- Step 4: In the same area of the griddle, add a little more oil if needed. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
- Step 5: Push the broccoli to one side of the griddle. Add minced garlic and ginger to the other side and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 6: Return the cooked beef to the griddle. Pour the beef broth over the mixture, stirring everything together until well combined. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
- Step 7: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles for a satisfying meal.
