Ingredients
  

For the Pinwheels
  • 1 large flour tortilla this is the base of our pinwheels
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese melty, gooey goodness
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni adds a savory kick
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning a sprinkle of flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder because who doesn't love garlic?
  • 1 spray cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare the tortilla by laying it flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  2. Step 2: Evenly spread the softened cream cheese over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer, then layer the sliced pepperoni on top.
  4. Step 4: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the pepperoni.
  5. Step 5: Starting from one side, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  6. Step 6: Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Step 7: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Place the pinwheels in the skillet, cut side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Step 8: Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before serving.
