Ingredients
  

For the Aroma Stones
  • 1 cup baking soda provides structure
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch helps to create a smooth texture
  • 1/2 cup water binds the ingredients together

  • Silicone molds or cookie cutters for shaping the stones
  • Food coloring optional for adding color

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of baking soda and 1/2 cup of cornstarch. Stir well to ensure they are evenly mixed.
  2. Step 2: Gradually pour in 1/2 cup of water while continuously stirring. Mix until you have a thick, paste-like consistency.
  3. Step 3: Add 10-15 drops of your chosen essential oils to the mixture. You can also add a few drops of food coloring for a pop of color.
  4. Step 4: Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or use cookie cutters to shape your aroma stones. Press down firmly to ensure they hold their shape.
  5. Step 5: Place the filled molds in a cool, dry area. Allow the aroma stones to dry for 24-48 hours until they are completely hard.
  6. Step 6: Once completely dry, gently remove the aroma stones from the molds or cookie cutters.
  7. Step 7: Place the aroma stones in small bowls or sachets around your home to enjoy the natural fragrance.

Notes

Store your aroma stones in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. They can last for several months, just remember to refresh them with a few drops of essential oil when needed.
