Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups strong brewed coffee chilled or frozen into cubes
  • 1 cup whole milk or substitute like almond, soy, oat, coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp quality caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar adjust to taste or use alternative sweetener
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes
Creamy Booster (Choose One)
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream rich and decadent
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream adds sweetness and body
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy creamer dairy-free option
For Garnish (Optional)
  • extra caramel sauce for drizzling
  • whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Add the chilled or frozen coffee, milk, 3 tablespoons caramel sauce, sugar, vanilla extract, ice cubes, and your chosen creamy booster into your blender. Secure the lid tightly.
  2. Step 2: Start blending on a lower setting, then increase to high speed. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth with no icy chunks and looks thick and frothy.
  3. Step 3: Drizzle extra caramel sauce around the inside walls of your serving glass(es). Pour the blended Caramel Frappuccino into the prepared glass(es). Top with a swirl of whipped cream and an additional drizzle of caramel sauce. Serve immediately.

Notes

Tips for success include using strong, chilled or frozen coffee and blending thoroughly. Adjust sweetness and caramel flavor to your liking. This drink is best enjoyed immediately; storing it in the fridge will cause separation as the ice melts.
