Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring frequently, until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks.
  3. Step 3: Stir in the garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Preheat your oven broiler. Place the hamburger buns on a baking sheet and spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves.
  5. Step 5: Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese and broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes
