Method

  3. Step 3: Shape Bites: Scoop out spoonfuls of the chilled mixture and quickly roll them into small, bite-sized balls. Place them on a tray or plate lined with parchment paper.
  4. Step 4: Freeze Bites: Return the shaped cheesecake balls to the freezer for another 20-30 minutes, until they are nice and solid for coating.
  5. Step 5: Prepare Crunch Coating: While the bites are chilling, combine crushed Golden Oreos and your choice of freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry Jell-O powder in a food processor or blender. Pulse until it forms a fine, vibrant crumb. If desired, stir in the melted butter to create a richer, stickier coating.
