Oreo Lasagna

A no-bake dessert that brings joy and nostalgia, made with layers of creamy goodness and rich chocolate flavor from Oreo cookies.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 36 cookies Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 container whipped topping 12 oz, thawed
For the Chocolate Pudding Layer
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • Additional cookies Oreo cookies for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Crush 36 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and 2 3/4 cups of milk. Pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  4. Step 4: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer.
  5. Step 5: Garnish with mini chocolate chips and additional crushed Oreo cookies if desired.
  6. Step 6: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  7. Step 7: Once chilled, slice into squares and serve.

Notes

Chilling overnight enhances the flavor. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
