- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and cornstarch. Toss gently to coat the peaches evenly. Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Step 3: In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, chopped pecans, ground cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle the melted butter over the oat mixture and mix until everything is well combined and crumbly.
- Step 4: Evenly sprinkle the crisp topping over the peach filling in the baking dish.
- Step 5: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.
- Step 6: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
