Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Layer
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Step 2: Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
  4. Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Step 7: Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can substitute crunchy peanut butter for a different texture.
