- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
- Step 2: Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs to the peanut butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Step 3: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Step 7: Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can substitute crunchy peanut butter for a different texture.
