- Step 1: Start by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it down.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, black olives, mozzarella balls, red onion, and fresh basil.
- Step 3: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss everything together gently to combine.
- Step 4: Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again carefully.
- Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3 days.
