Ingredients
  

For the Pasta Salad
  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it down.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, black olives, mozzarella balls, red onion, and fresh basil.
  3. Step 3: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss everything together gently to combine.
  4. Step 4: Add the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again carefully.
  5. Step 5: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3 days.
