- Step 1: Get Your Oven Ready: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a medium baking dish with cooking spray.
- Step 2: Sauté Those Apples: In a medium skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add finely chopped apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Step 3: Prep the Biscuits: Separate each biscuit from the can. Gently stretch each biscuit out a bit to make it slightly larger and thinner.
- Step 4: Fill 'Em Up: Place about 1 tablespoon of the cooled apple filling in the center of each stretched-out biscuit. Nestlé one soft caramel candy on top of the apple mixture.
- Step 5: Seal the Deal: Carefully gather all the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling. Pinch them together firmly at the top to completely enclose the apples and caramel, forming a neat ball. Gently roll between your palms to smooth seams.
- Step 6: Arrange and Brush: Place the formed Apple Caramel Bombs into your greased baking dish, ensuring they have a little space between them. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it generously over the tops of all the bombs.
