Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a shortcut!
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package egg noodles 8 oz, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips for topping

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  3. Step 3: Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles until they are evenly coated with that creamy mixture.
  4. Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Step 5: Top with crushed potato chips for that irresistible crunch!
  6. Step 6: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Step 7: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
