- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
- Step 3: Gently fold in the cooked egg noodles until they are evenly coated with that creamy mixture.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Step 5: Top with crushed potato chips for that irresistible crunch!
