  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate recommended
  • 1 package mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 tsp salt optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until mixture feels like damp sand. Add salt if using.
  3. Step 3: Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan to form a solid crust.
  4. Step 4: Evenly pour chocolate chips over the crust. Spread out if needed.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 5-7 minutes until chocolate chips soften but do not fully melt.
  6. Step 6: Remove pan and spread the softened chocolate chips into a smooth, even layer with a spatula.
  7. Step 7: Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.
  8. Step 8: Return pan to oven and bake for 8-12 minutes until marshmallows puff up and turn golden brown.
