Ingredients
  

For the BBQ Chicken Drumsticks
  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks juicy and tender
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce your favorite
  • 2 tbsp honey for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce for depth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder for aromatic kick
  • 1 tsp onion powder to complement garlic
For the Paprika Fries
  • 4 large potatoes cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for crispiness
  • 1 tbsp paprika for smoky flavor
For the Creamy Coleslaw
  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots a sweet addition
  • 1 cup mayonnaise base for dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar for balance
  • 1 tbsp sugar to enhance flavors

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Place the marinated drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, basting with extra barbecue sauce halfway through.
  5. Step 5: While the chicken is baking, prepare the fries by tossing the cut potatoes with olive oil, paprika, and salt, then spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Step 6: For the coleslaw, combine shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl, and whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  7. Step 7: Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, toss until well combined, and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Store chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Fries are best enjoyed fresh, but you can keep them in the fridge for up to 2 days. Coleslaw can be stored for up to 3 days but may get soggy over time.
